Welcome 2008:)

   Hello Friends…

Had a great joy with friends and juniors in hostel:)Read an article in newspaper regarding newyear..In that some of the following questions were asked about past year..

Have I learnt any new technology/game in this year?

Have I learnt to minimize negative thinking or grow positive attitude?

Have I learnt to tell my answers calmly and without hurting others?

Can I remain calm but not indifference to the world?

Have I made few Good Friends in 2007?

and some more questions too ..if no is the answer for any of the above try to change it as yes for next year is the information given:)

Then the way the author suggested to celebrate the new year is to HELP OTHERS..He suggested many ways..But the essence is rather than spending money in mere enjoyment try to add service with it..Which make us and others to feel happy!! Happy and Blessed New Year Ahead:)

A little post with a bit info..

On seeing an article i had a doubt that what is the difference between Outsourcing and offshoring..That pushed me to write this little post with a bit info:)..

Sourcing…

In business, the term word sourcing refers to a number of procurement practices, aimed at finding, evaluating and engaging suppliers of goods and services as we know.

Offshoring  and Outsourcing:

Offshoring describes the relocation of business processes such as production, manufacturing, or services from one country to another whereas Outsourcing is subcontracting a business process, to a third-party company.Reason for outsourcing is to

reduce cost and to make more efficient use of labor, capital, technology and resources. In offfshoring too reducing the cost is the basic idea.so two terms Outsourcing and offshoring are not the same thing.Offshoring is simply outsourcing outside of the country.

Now, what it means Offshore outsourcing? It is the practice of hiring an external organization to perform business functions in a country other than the one where the products/services are actully developed. It is different from offshoring.
Now comes,Onshoring(domestic outsourcing)
Onshoring is “the act of transferring some of a company’s recurring interval activities and decision rights to outside providers, as set in a contract, usually within the same country, in order to reduce costs. “.

Next,Farmshoring – Is shifting of employment from abroad into rural communities across the United States. It is conceptually similar to onshoring. Farmshoring refers to a specific variety of outsourcing where, services being sourced outside of the contracting company, from urban to rural locations.

Finally,Nearshoring means sourcing service activities to a foreign, lower-wage country that is relatively close in distance or time zone (or both). The customer expects to benefit from geographic, temporal, cultural, linguistic, economic, political, or historical linkages. The term “nearshore” was originally used in the context of fishing/ocean-based activities and later by the business world.

From the Scratch to the End…

I have a cool side lesson and wanting to say for a while that cultivating a deeper interest and understanding between people is must in this technical life.Especially between siblings.
After 2 years i have visited and stayed in my uncles house. There i noticed a radical change in his daughter’s behaviour. The way the child was brought up was little bitter.Being first child she was given more chellam.once the second baby entered(sister/brother)into home she has changed alot. But the change is negative here.she is not allowing the 2nd baby to take any things and she is being much possesive on things.she(age 9 years) use to utter the words i am the first and everything should be very grand manner for me than her.I heard that its usual in many of thems family..But i dont think so.Because i have seen my sisters family where the 1st child itself take care of 2nd and give way for the new baby.Parents have to observe their childs behaviour and take measures.Because childhood is the base for the future attachment within brothers and sisters. Its better to give good care for the 1st baby too and it is the parents who is responsible for making a good bond between their children from starting:).Because it is they who have to face problems “from the scratch to the end”

Kalvanin Kadali

In kalvanin kadali on seeing the story title people may think something funny..But the story is bit different..here our hero became Kalvan due to his unluck..ya due to unluck and his behaviour of (muratuthanam) he misses his lover kalyani this made him to leave his native with his sister. There one of the political man tries to misbehave with his sister and the following events made him to do illegal activities.Actually the true love of him with kalyani and his sister only made him as kalvan(Love is really very dangereous). But the tricks which kalvan uses are really nice and enjoyable..story is not in the usual way of KALKI’s book..Its bit different.

Parthiban Kanavu

Next to sivakamiyin sabatham i read two more kalki books parthiban kanavu and kalvanin kadali..parthiban kanavu is closely related to sivakami..the characters sivakami and ayanar with their same old place take part in this story too..and the story tells the great desire of the king parthiban and due to the situation even though he aspired alot to acquire his desire he died and his only son vikraman with the kind help of the king narashimma(the lover of sivakami :) ),ponnan(parthi’s padakoti) and other great people acquired the parthi’s desire of expanding his land and rule it by own without paying is to anyone. Here love of vikraman and kundavai(narashimma’s daughter)too helped vikram to achieve his father’s desire.finally they got married too..Actually Hero of PONNIYIN SELVAN ,RajaRajaChozhan was parthi’s parambarai..Parthi’s full desire was fulfilled by Ponniyin Selvan(Arulmozhi) only.

In elective class..

Once in my elective class i was asked to give a talk of 5 minutes..Actually I don’t have any idea on which topic i am going to talk. But once i reached dias i started talking about friendship  ,Because of the bad experience i realized when i was walking with  my brother and some of my friends experience it made me to talk choose this topic.

ya, i talked about friendship and i pointed out the pain of mistooking friends as some other relation(this suits for friends who were opposite gender). As once in our preplacement training some trainer said that there is a lot difference between Boy friends and Friends in boys.I hope that is true.I have some good friends in both genders.Never i accept or tolerate if others comment this badly…(but brother and sister a parthu comment panra uzhagathula ithelam enga!!!!)

I dont know what i talked in my class was right or wrong:):)but hope atleast few people try not to comment true friends..
