Now a days most of us not realizing the importance of physical exercise ,yoga or meditation and such related activities…even prayers are happening in 2 to 5 minutes…In those days prayers are done in hours which also helps one to concentrate in particular thing which fulfills the same purpose of meditation…But think how many of us doing proper excercise /meditation
so both the physical and mental health is not cared by us much…which leads to illness in very small age itself..so friends find time to care ur physical and mental health…:)
